Can I legally remove my loser adult kid from my life?
My 27 year old daughter has been a total burden to me because of her supposed mental issues. But thank god, my next child (son) is perfect, and IS allowed to remain in my life. A few days ago my daughter, who is a fully grown adult and supposively in an abusive relationship, came to my house just begging for money for something or another, even though shes a college student and should have financial aid; She did this in front of my son and husband (not her dad-her dad is a loser too-its my sons dad, an amazing person and love of my life) and shamed me. I told her to leave me alone--If you dont have your life and money figured out at 27 your a loser. I want to know the laws for the state of Arizona to ensure that my daughter never contacts me again. I called the police, who let me file a police report but they said that they can see no reason that I would be granted a restraining order in court. Im going to hire a lawyer to pursue more options. But before I do I would like to get a general idea of my options. Money is no object, I would just like to know in advance what I can do.
