Samsung Epic: Internet tips and tricks?

Hi, I just got my samsung epic yesterday. The instruction manual really doesn't give much information on browsing the internet. Can you please give me any tips and tricks that can help. Such as, how to access bookmarks, removing that annoying zoom option that lingers at the bottom right when I touch the screen, etc.- Thanks, Kym
