What's the point of being pretty, when men don't approach you?

I really don't mean to sound narcissistic, but I finally believe that I'm actually pretty...or at least cute. My female friends have told me that I'm cute/pretty...plus men overtly check me out. I realize that a lot of these men can't approach me because of commitments, but they're breaking the commitment anyway by checking me out. When I say "check me out," I mean that they gape at me, follow me with their eyes when they're talking to someone else, look and linger in my direction/area, all of a sudden look up at me and smile when someone far from us calls out my name,...you know, stuff like that. Another problem is that almost every men who has "tried" doing something was fake (moldable) and/or creepy; one guy actually took a picture of me on his camera-phone...,in front of me! Some of these guys were even mean! I absolutely HATE that I'm pretty because most men unfortunately leave me with false hopes! What do I do? How do I get cute, real, and decent men to approach me?!
