TFP contract between small biz and photographer?

There is a lot written regarding writing a contract for a TFP photo shoot between the photographer and the model. But what if you are the business owner who has hired on a photographer for TFP work. How do you write a contract to protect both parties? I want to use the pics to promote my biz. I want the photog to be able to use the pics to promote themselves. However I do not want the photog using the pics to promote other biz, products or events. Any advise on how to write this contract?
