Question about job at Metro PCS?

I was just hired as a starting sales associate and my boss mentioned something about a 30 day training. Do you know if I will be paid during this training or do I start working hours after the 30 days. I know to some it may be a silly question but this is my first job and i'm still a little nervous. Any old or current employees that want to offer any insight or share experiences about working for this company are welcome to! Thanks in advance.
