Im playing crysis 2 on ps3 and at one part the game doesnt continue at all?

I turned off my ps3 for a while multiple times and still the game doesnt continue. Im where you kill the linger or whatever (the alien tripod thing) I kill it where the blue marker is and then it says regroup with marines and nothing happens after I go to the guy with the marker.
