Is it hard to go to college for two different things?

Would it be hard to major in accounting (4 years) and then either double major, or minor in nursing (2 years)? I want to go for accounting, but just incase I can't get a job with that, they are always hiring nurses. I am going to be a junior this year. I am taking all my high school classes at the local community college from now on. So when I do go to college I will already have a years worth of college classes over with. Thankss :)
