Hmmm, it seems like a pretty sound team. 8/10, only because there is no such thing as a perfect team.

Offer retracted after credit report, what can be done?

My husband was contacted by a company based off his resume on a job website. He is an IT engineer. Before starting the interview process he was told they would do a credit check, my husband told him he had bad credit, the recruiter told him it was fine. 4 interviews later he was given a job offer. They liked him so much they offered him 10,000 more than the jobs base pay. The next day FedEx dropped off a new hire packet, with pay and benefit package, and a start date. My husband put in his notice and today week before start date, was told they were retracting the offer due to his credit. They said if he could prove he is in repayment with the defaults then they may still consider him, which we are in repayment, so he can give proof. Is there anything else we can do? We have been dealt some seriously bad cards the last few years, and our credit reflects that.. but it seems so wrong for a job offer to retracted for credit, especially for someone who is working on servers. He is a hard worker, and credit score does not reflect his ability to do work. Our plan was to get debt free by this time next year with his new job salary.

Rate my pokemon soulsilver team (for experienced players...)?

I really think it is a terrific team. Your Bronzong and Shuckle strategy is great, although I don't see why shuckle would need protect. I think you should loose protect for a good physical move. Your skarmory is good, although it should have a physical attack. Again I would loose protect because you would already have used double team once or twice, making it hard to even hit skarmory in the first place. Forget that for steel wing is what I would say. Rampardos is great, because you could probably use a good attacker. Akakazam is also very important for your team, being able to defeat a good one or two pokemon before getting knocked out. Slaking should be your last resort, if you can't defeat a pokemon than you should send out slaking to get it out of your way. In the end I would rate your team 8/10

Perhaps he has faced rejection problems in the past, making him more cautious to "advances". He might also be facing awkwardness. Furthermore, the age difference for his point of view might be thinking of you as an elder person that is too open on inviting him. He might be a guy that really depends on his image a lot, and peers might be taunting him for "hanging out" with an older girl, hence the refrain from spending time with you more. If his attitude persists despite your best attempts to make a connection, then it's time to stand up to him. Coz' if he doesn't appreciate you, he doesn't deserve you.

It seems more narcissistic to me. The thought that the entire universe was created simply for your benefit, that you are given the full attention of a perfect being, is narcissism at its most basic level.

Rate my current Pokemon Team?

WOW, this is a great team. All of the moves seam to be correct & I don't really see any holes in your move sets, but with your Arcanine you might want it to learn extreme speed, it's a really great move that always goes first no matter what. But also I know with my team I like to have each of my Pok�mon to know one move that really doesn't go with it's type. Or a move that will help against super effective Pok�mon. Well other wise you're doing great.
