Cannot get ring of swollen finger?

It all started last night when I stupidly forced a ring on my finger thinking if I could get it on I could get it off but I was wrong :( I've spent practically the entire day researching ways to get the ring off and nothing has worked. I've tried lotion, soap, windex, floss, tugging it off, twisting and pulling at the same time, ice, and levitating my hand. I really, really like this ring and don't want to cut it off (i don't even know how I'd i go about cutting it off anyway. ) I am so frustrated and don't know what to do. Yesterday I stopped messing with it in hope that the swelling would go down. It did go down but as soon as I started trying to get it off again it just got all swollen.
