Does my boss have to offer me benefits if I work 30-40 hours per week for a certain amount of time?

I work in California as a delivery driver. I was hired as a per diem (or part time), a non benefited job. I have been working 40 hours per week for the past three months, and they have not given me benefits (Vacation, sick, health benefits). Is my boss legally obligated at some point to give me benefits if I continue to work full time hours?
