As for him not kissing you ............he lost his nerve.He does have passionate feelings for you and has put you on a pedestal with a title underneath that reads''the most wonderfull woman in the world''.You will have to make the first move but don't be aggressive about it either.Be Gentle with him or you could change his perception of you.He seems to be a sensitive and sentimental guy.You two have chemistry yes but you also have differences and you have children that have to be considered.And he feelings will have to be considered just as much as everyone else in this situation because at times he will probably overwhelmed and out numbered.Remember this and take it into consideration when problems occur.
